Production Team:
Renotech production team consists of proficient and experienced individuals specialized in a variety of arts and crafts, with many years of experience within shipbuilding industry.
Renotech Oy has manufactured MED approved GRG products since 1995. In addition to our skilled team, we have an wide contact network of specialized mould manufacturers, CNC experts, sculptors and artists. We are confident in taking up even the most challenging interior architectural projects.
Our in house paint and finishing team's skills palette includes: spray painting, faux finishes, effect painting, wood graining, marbling, metal leafing, photo transfer, powder coating, Venetian Stucco, plastering, patinating, murals and other artwork.
Our on site installation team leader has a solid background in metal works – his expertize and experience ensures that all stud and welding work on site meets all MED requirements.
We aim to constantly develop and maintain our professional skills and know-how.

MED Approved Quality

The quality of Renotech Oy manufactured products is backed up by MED Production Quality Assurance (module D). Renotech Production Quality System is regurlarly assessed by approved third party body. Renotech Oy has manufactured and supplied MED certified products for over 20 years. Over the year our production methods and our procedures of quality control have developed into a uniform, easily adhered system, that makes is possible for us to assure that the performance, durability, functionality and techical properties of products manufactured and supplied are MED compliant.
All MED approved Renotech GRG parts are manufactured in house by hand, under the surveillance of our Production Manager. All production team members are trained in and familiarized with quality assuring production methods individually. All parts manufactured are inspected thoroughly and approved before they can be delivered. All raw materials we use come from trusted suppliers that are able to assure quality and quality control, and have aquired and can supply all necessary markings, approvals or certificates. |
